I have been at Tom's when I begin being a teenager all way up until now. in my 70s.... Good food, good people, running it... Have enjoyed it.... "Try it out"

I'm going to preface this review by saying I'm a gravy snob. My grandmama made biscuits and gravy, it was perfection, and I have yet to find a restaurant that can even come close. Tom's Drive-In's gravy reminded me of my grandmama's and I loved it. It just salty enough. Many restaurants over salt their gravy and ruin it. The consistency is perfect, not too thick or runny, and covered the biscuit completely. This place doesn't just give a drizzle. It was complete old school. My friend ordered the Super Western omelet and he couldn't even finish it. This is a man who is the equivalent to a human vacuum cleaner. He's also picky when it comes to his omelets. He loved it. The service was wonderful. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She answered questions and didn't act like it bothered her. My friend's moving to Pulaski and is already planning on making Tom's a regular place.

I tried out Tom's today for the 1st time. I was impressed. The server was out to take my order within 1 minute of me pulling up and was very courteous. My wonderful meal was brought out under 5 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Great little diner with amazing food! Clean establishment and friendly staff. I had the cheesesteak and it was delicious. The prices are super fair. If you are at the outlook it’s only about 2 miles down the mountain and worth a visit.

I grew up around home town diners, which is why I love Tom's! Super fair prices, home cooked food, and smiles all around from the waitstaff. The dining room is very clean; same with the bathroom. Excellent experience every time. Thanks!
